How do I book a cab?
Enter your pickup and drop city, date and time in the booking form. Our team confirms the fare and vehicle, and you pay a small advance to confirm.
Can I book just one seat?
Yes. Choose Seat Sharing to travel in a shared cab on fixed departures and pay only for your seat.
Are toll and parking included?
Toll, parking and state taxes are shown clearly in the fare breakup before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How do I pay the balance?
Pay the balance online from My Account before the trip, or in cash to the driver.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Refunds follow the cancellation slabs shown at checkout — the earlier you cancel, the more you get back.
Are your drivers verified?
Every vehicle needs a valid RC, insurance, permit, fitness and PUC, and every driver a valid licence. Expired documents automatically block the vehicle.
I own a taxi. How can I join?
Tap Attach Your Taxi, create a vendor account with your mobile number and upload your vehicle documents. Our team approves you quickly.
